Our holiday rentals are situated at Valledoria near to one of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches of (North-)Sardinia - approximately 9 miles for romping and relaxing under a wonderful deep blue sky.
In walking distance one will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars,.. and much more. Valledoria and area offer its guests not only recreation, relaxation and entertainment around the clock but also delicious, typical Sardinian specialities and much joy of life.
In a few minutes one can reach by bike, motor-cycle or car a lot of amazing beaches and small bays, an unaffected, pictorial nature or delightful and interesting localities, as well as pre-Christian cultural monuments.

Like the holiday houses Sa Fiorida , the apartments Agnese and Martina are situated in locality La Ciaccia (Valledoria) in a calm position.
In a distance of 200 metres you will find one of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches of North Sardinia. The main town Valledoria - 2 miles far from our locality - offers a multitude of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, bars, doctors,......

The apartments Agnese built in 1999 are modern, comfortably and completely furnished and equipped, that means that among other things our guests will find all necessary items for cooking and eating. In case something missing or getting broken our family will endeavour to supply a substitute (the accommodations also offers an iron).
The apartments Agnese (suitable for 1-4 persons) offer a double-bedded room, bathroom with shower and WC, living room with completely furnished kitchen corner (stove and fridge with separate freezing drawer), TV (italian programms) and double sleep couch.
Outside there is a garden with furnished terrace or balcony with barbecue.
The apartments in the upper floor offers a free view to the sea.
Children find any free space for playing. Beside the apartments there is also a small children's playground. In addition there is also a private parking.
The apartments Martina built in 2004 are modern, comfortably and completely furnished and equipped, that means that among other things our guests will find all necessary items for cooking and eating. In case something missing or getting broken our family will endeavour to supply a substitute (the accommodations also offers an iron).
The apartments Martina (suitable for 2-6 persons) offer 2 bedrooms: one double bedded room plus a room with 2 single beds. In additions one will find abathroom with shower and WC, living room with completely furnished kitchen corner (stove and fridge with separate freezing drawer), TV (italian programms) and double sleep couch.
Children find any free space for playing. Beside the apartments there is also a small children's playground. In addition there is also a private parking.

100 m: Restaurant, supermarktet, Tabacchi (journals - international only in summer - souvenirs, beach- and bathing-products, cigarettes,..) und in summer first-aid station (24 hours daily),...

The apartments Luca (bulit in 2005) are situated at La Ciaccia in a calm position (50 m to the sea - but no access). 500 metres far away you will find one of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches of (North-) Sardinia.
The main town Valledoria - 2 miles far from our locality - offers a multitude of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, bars, doctors,.....
The apartments Luca are built on 2 floors: Ground floor apartments with own garden, furnished terrace and barbecue and upper floor apartments with furnished balcony, barbecue and sea view). In walking distance one will find a supermarket, a minimarket, 3 restaurants, 4 bars,....
The accommodations offer ample space for 4 people. There is one bedroom (double-bedded), bath with shower, WC and a large living room with double bed-sofa (with ital. TV ), completely furnished kitchen (with 4 fires, oven, refrigerator with freezer and washing-machine).
The apartments (very pleasant and large) are modern, comfortably and completely furnished and equipped, that means that among other things our guests will find all necessary items for cooking and eating. In case something missing or getting broken our family will endeavour to supply a substitute (the accommodations also offers an iron).
The beautiful and calm position (sea view from the upper floor apartments) guarantees a romantic and a recovery vacation.

Apartments "Anna"
Modern accommodations (upon a supermarket), at the beginning of Valledoria, near to the most important facilities like shops, restaurants, bars,...
The apartment Anna are out of the way of traffic and clients of the supermarket and with view to the sea (from the main terrace).
Distance to the beach: 500 mt (air distance) or 900 mt (by car)
The apartments (very pleasant and spacious - very good standard ) are completely independent and furnished comfortable with cure. There are 7 accommodations (type F and G) which have 1 bedroom and 2 which offer 2 bedrooms (type H and I): one double-bedded and one with 2 single beds.
In addition they are composed by a large living room (with double bed sofa and TV with ital. programms), a completely furnished kitchen corner (with 4 fires and oven - refrigerator with freezer), bath with shower and WC, furnished private balconies.
Outside there is a large terrace and a private parking.
In a few minutes - in walking distance - one will find the principal attractions like restaurants, pubs, pizzeria, several boutiques, jewelleries, banks, dance-halls...
All these facilities are open all the year.
On Saturday morning Valledoria off ers a typical italian open air market.
The local public administration in collaboration with the local tourist association offers during the summer time a lot of events like concerts, folk music and folk dances, summer carnival, firework displays, mineral fairs,...- several bars offers live music.
Also on the beach one can find some attractions like scuba diving, canoeing, sea bikes, windsurfing,...

Valledoria is the ideal place where to start any kind of excursions. Due to its central position on the northern coast one can reach the most beautiful, amazing beaches and interesting localities like Castelsardo or Alghero.
Small mountain ranges with a wonderful panoramic view, charming hills and green woods - the Valledoria region is richly endowed with hillocks, lakes, rivers, forests and plains. An excursion from the seaside inland to the rolling or mountainous country, by foot or with a mountain bike, is a nice little adventure, an uninterrupted voyage of discovery.
